Biotech FP&A Manager: Clinical Trials & Growth Partner

OMass Therapeutics, a Oxford-based biotechnology company, seeks an FP&A Manager to strengthen the Finance function at a pivotal growth stage. You will own clinical trial and project finance, partner with R&D, and drive automation of financial reporting, absorbing responsibility from the VP Finance where appropriate.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with IFRS expertise and experience in life sciences.
