Biotech Account & Product Lead

Oxford Dynamics seeks a Product & Account Lead to own our biotech account end to end, managing client relationships, product priorities and the delivery team. You will drive commercial outcomes and ensure adoption of solutions across stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

You will translate client needs into a product roadmap, coordinate engineering, AI and design work, and shape partnerships for long-term growth.
