Job Description

WuXi Biologics Ireland is seeking a Bioprocess Shift Lead MFG 7 in Dundalk to lead the on-shift bioprocess team, ensuring GMP-compliant manufacturing operations and alignment with site KPIs.

You will recruit, develop and retain staff, oversee safety and quality, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and coordinate with maintenance and cross-functional teams under the Manufacturing Associate Director.
