Biodiversity Ecologist - Habitat Restoration & Wildlife

Forestry England in the North seeks an Ecologist - Biodiversity to help deliver our vision for wildlife-friendly forests. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing SSSI condition, and protecting important habitats and species through Defra-funded projects.

The post can be based at the Bellingham office or Grizedale with blended working opportunities. It is a fixed term appointment until end of March 2029, 37 hours per week, salary £33,854 per annum.
