BIM Coordinator (Frankfurt)

We are currently recruiting a BIM Coordinator to work for a leading Engineering Contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM activities across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Manage and coordinate Mechanical models to ensure they align with project requirements.
• Carry out clash detection and coordinate design issues with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
• Review drawings, models and technical information to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings and documentation are maintained to project standards.
• Attend BIM and coordination meetings and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in BIM, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Previous experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or other mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Experience coordinating Mechanical services.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
