BIM Coordinator

Immediately available opportunities for an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality design and construction projects in a collaborative and fast-paced design environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who is passionate about digital construction, model coordination, and driving BIM best practice across projects to join one of Ireland's leading design studios.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects
• Act as the key BIM point of contact for project teams, ensuring BIM deliverables are achieved
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, manage clash detection processes, and issue reports with clear actions and ownership
• Develop and manage 4D BIM models in collaboration with project controls teams
• Monitor model quality and compliance with BEPs, MIDPs, and project-specific BIM requirements
• Support BIM software management, content libraries, templates, and digital best practices
• Produce and contribute to project models and technical documentation as required
• Collaborate closely with project, site, and health & safety teams to support project delivery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology is essential
• 3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordination within the architectural, construction OR engineering industry
• High level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM technologies
• Experience in model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, and reporting
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, Dynamo, and BIM execution planning is desired
• Full understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
• Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
