Job Description

Asset Recruitment is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician - BIM for a leading global EPCM organisation on a semiconductor project in Ireland. You will deliver LOD300 architectural models, produce planning packs, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across design development, tender, and construction stages.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, experience with planning submissions, and knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
