We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing & Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced law firm in Taunton, MA. This full-time position requires a professional who is comfortable managing financial data and administrative tasks in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and possess strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process weekly client billing.
  • Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts (IOLTA).
  • Manage accounts payable and bill payment.
  • Perform and monitor Positive Pay banking functions.
  • Assist attorneys and staff with billing inquiries and account matters.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Support general office administration and operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Clio legal practice management software is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, accounting, or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication and problem-solving abilities.
