Bilingual Tech Support Engineer (Spanish/English)

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Dublin team, fluent in Spanish and English, delivering frontline technical assistance with a mix of customer-success mindset and deep product know-how.

You will own cases end to end, troubleshoot APIs and integrations, guide customers on best practices, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve blockers.
