Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator (EN/FR)

Marsh is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Support to assist recruitment for Marsh and Darwin in Romania and across EMEA. Fluent English and French (or Spanish) are required to engage with candidates and HMs. You will coordinate interviews, perform pre-employment screenings, draft offers, and support pre-boarding.

In this role you will also contribute to employer branding projects and recruitment improvements, working with TACs, HMs, and HRBPs to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
