Bilingual Customer & Library Advisor Flexible & Development Focused

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join their team and support customers and libraries across Ceredigion. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will assist with library duties, manage complaints, and handle financial transactions.

This role offers flexible working options, generous leave, and a local government pension scheme. Applicants should have GCSEs including English/Welsh and Maths, or relevant experience.
