Job Description

£28K-£35K per annum (D.O.E.) + Commission OTE £75K

A long-established provider of design-led commercial solutions is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Business Development Executive to lead direct end-user sales across Europe and the South East of England. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional fluent in either French, Spanish or German with experience in product-based B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads to grow the company's direct client base in the South East.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity.
  • Deliver product demonstrations in showroom settings and via online presentations.
  • Use LinkedIn and other professional tools to extend market reach and brand visibility.
  • Oversee multiple client projects with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical product queries and post-sale support.
  • Attend trade exhibitions and represent the business at industry events.
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in either French, Spanish or German (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of high-value commercial products or solutions.
  • Capable of managing order values typically ranging from £10k to £200k.
  • Confident presenting to clients and handling complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a small, agile team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable in a high-paced, target-driven sales environment.
