Bike technician Service Center

Your role in our team

As a Bike Technician at Decathlon, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to customer satisfaction and product longevity. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and servicing bikes and other sports equipment
• Providing technical advice to our stores
• Sharing your knowledge with colleagues
• Handling complex repairs sent from our stores
• Communicating with stores about repair status and technical queries
• Ordering spare parts and managing inventory

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in bike repairs and maintenance
• A passion for sports and outdoor activities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EU nationality and residence within 30 km of Tilburg
• Availability for 32-38 hours per week

Working hours and location

You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00, at our Decathlon Warehouse in Tilburg. No late shifts or weekend work required.
