We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Shop Manager to join our team. This is a hands on role focused on customer service, bike sales, rentals, and the day to day running of the store.

• Managing daily shop operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
• Advising customers on bikes, rentals and accessories
• Processing bookings and sales
• Handling customer enquiries
• Supporting stock control and basic administration
• Ensuring bikes are ready for customers
• Maintaining a clean and organised store
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Assisting with marketing and social media
