Job Responsibilities/Objectives

In your role as Project Manager Bidding (m/f/d) - Photovoltaics/Utility-Scale, you are responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC solar projects. With your strong market understanding and your experience in the utility-scale PV sector, you ensure the successful delivery of solar projects in Germany.

1. Bidding Management: Lead the complete bidding process from RFQ analysis to final proposal submission.
2. Client Interface: Act as the main contact for developers, utilities, and partners during the bidding phase.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis: Provide insights on pricing trends and competitors to optimize bidding strategy.
4. Technical Expertise: Contribute your experience in utility-scale PV projects to ensure accurate and competitive offers.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. A completed engineering degree (eg, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent qualification and strong German language.
2. Proven track record in proposal preparation within the photovoltaic sector or a comparable environment.
3. Track record in bidding, business development, or EPC project management in the renewable energy or construction sector is advantageous
4. Know-how: Strong understanding of cost structures, financial analyses, and German/EU regulatory frameworks in renewable energy.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1.Knowledge of the German subcontractor market (civil, electrical, mechanical) and experience with utility scale solar projects is desirable.
