£30-45K based on experience

• Completing bid applications; mainly for Local Authority/ Housing Associations/Social Housing and Public Buildings
• Completing PQQ questionnaires
• Working with our existing friendly Bid Team
• Ability to work alone or as part of the team
• Must be computer literate, have excellent written skills and competent at putting bids together.
• Must have a passion for construction with the ability to hit the ground running
