Bid Manager - Pre-Construction & Commercial Lead

Robertson Group in Elgin is seeking a Bid Manager to lead pre-construction activities, assemble tender submissions and manage budgets. You will produce tender reports, monitor documents and drawings, and work with the Regional Bid Manager to maximise margin across bids.

You will identify risks and opportunities, explore value engineering and provide cost guidance to internal and external teams, ensuring smooth handover to operations on successful tenders.
