Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity for a Bi-Weekly Weekend Showroom Host to work for one of the world's most iconic brands, based at their site in Bolton.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments


• Answer and manage the telephone system


• Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner


• Manage customer waiting area and showroom

Skills & Experience

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service


• Self motivated


• A mature, friendly and approachable manner


• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills


• An effective communicator


• Well presented and personable


• Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided


• The ability to multitask and work under pressure


• IT literacy

Working Hours

Every other Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break.
