Arcadia Financial Group is expanding its Business Intelligence capabilities. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards across departments, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for leadership.

This role fosters self service analytics and continuous improvement, partnering with operations to drive smarter decisions. You will work directly with the Director of Operations and COO to implement reporting standards, reduce manual work, and scale analytics as the firm grows.
