We are seeking a BI Developer to join a dynamic team focused on the Innovation Banking arm of Commercial Banking. This role emphasizes the creation of fast and actionable reports for bankers to facilitate daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data visualization and dashboard development, particularly using Looker Studio Pro.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conversion of modelled data into user-friendly dashboards.

• Ensuring clarity and simplicity in report visualization.

• Adhering to best practices for dashboard creation.

• Collaborating with data analysts and the data modeller to enhance report usability.

• Delivering actionable insights for day-to-day decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in creating dashboards with Looker Studio Pro or Qlik.

• Strong background in visualization techniques and principles.

• Experience working with big data technologies, particularly BigQuery.

• Ability to work efficiently in an agile environment.

• Excellent understanding of banking data and reporting needs.
