Betting Shop Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

William Hill is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Manchester. You will warmly welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries, and demonstrate betting terminals while building relationships and delivering excellent service.

The role supports safer gambling and may involve helping with shop displays and opening/closing duties. Shifts run across 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with rota-based scheduling including evenings and weekends.
