Betting Shop: Customer Experience Associate

BoyleSports Omagh is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. You will support the Shop Manager with day to day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help manage betting transactions and store opening/closing duties.

You will work in a fast-paced betting environment, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience while upholding brand standards and compliance.
