Job Description

Salary Scale GO5:£14,271 -£14,731 per annum

Two Part time temporary (until 31/3/29) posts available

20 hours per week

Do you possess excellent customer service skills? Are you customer focused? Are you committed to working in a challenging front line environment? Berwyn Library requires an enthusiastic and well - motivated individual, to assist with the provision of a library service for HMP Berwyn.

In depth knowledge of authors and public libraries would be advantageous to enable the successful applicant to market the full range of resources and services that are available to all library customers.

Working under Berwyn Library Supervisors, the post holders will ensure the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective library service within a secure establishment for Berwyn community.

The minimum educational requirement is 5 GCSE passes Grade C, including English and Mathematics or equivalent. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

The position will be subject to enhanced vetting.
