Your New Job:

In this role, you'll perform BER assessments, working both on-site and remotely. You'll have access to modern tools, equipment, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver BER assessments to high technical and compliance standards
• Conduct detailed site surveys, measurements, and data collection
• Provide technical advice and support to clients for BERs and energy-related assessments
• Undertake related services including technical and home energy audits
• Manage your workload independently within a supportive team structure

What Are We Looking For?

• Registered BER Assessor with proven experience
• Strong understanding of current building regulations (including nZEB, ZEB, A0) and SEAI requirements
• Proficient in MS Office, SketchUp, and digital surveying/reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver precise technical information
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
