What you'll be doing

You'll sit within our Reward team, supporting both theday-to-day delivery and the longer-term evolution of our benefits and pensionsoffering.

Reward & Governance

  • Supportthe development and implementation of our reward strategy
  • Provideinsight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks
  • Ensurestrong governance across benefits and pensions, maintaining compliance
  • Reviewand enhance benefits to ensure they remain competitive and effective
  • Contributeto recognition and total reward initiatives

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Reconcilepayroll with benefits and pension schemes on a monthly basis
  • Supportforecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis
  • Producedashboards and insights for senior stakeholders
  • Playa key role in annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives)
  • Leadon Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative
  • Continuouslyimprove data quality, reporting, and reward processes

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can bring both analyticalrigour and commercial thinking to the role.

You'll likely have:

  • Experiencein reward, benefits, or pensions analysis
  • Strongdata skills, including cost modelling, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Experiencesupporting salary reviews, bonus processes, or incentive schemes
  • Knowledgeof governance and compliance in benefits and pensions
  • Exposureto payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap)

  • Detail-orientedwith a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Comfortableturning data into clear, actionable insights
  • Aconfident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive,curious, and keen to improve processes
