Belgium Trades & Labour Operations Lead

Fohntech Group, an Irish labour agency, seeks a Trades & Labour Manager to oversee our Belgium operations. The role focuses on compliance with Belgian labour law, alignment with Irish and EU regulations, and maintaining high professional standards while acting as the local representative.

You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate staff, handle client relations, visa and residency processes, site visits, payroll-related tasks, and reporting to the Irish head office.
