Belfast Digital Finance Solicitor - Banking & Leveraged Finance

Exchange House Services Ltd in Belfast seeks a Digital Finance Solicitor to work with the HSF Kramer Digital Finance team on a range of banking and real estate finance transactions. You will develop client relationships and support on securitisation and leveraged finance matters.

The role requires newly qualified solicitors (England & Wales or Northern Ireland) with experience in a legal environment and a willingness to requalify if needed. Travel to London may be required occasionally.
