The Role

We're looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Host to support the day-to-day running of our centre. This is a hands on role where you'll lead by example-delivering exceptional service, supporting the team, and helping drive membership sales and retention.

You'll be the face of the centre, ensuring every member and guest receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding front of house service and act as a key point of contact for members and guests
• Support daily operations, including bookings, diary management, and centre presentation
• Drive membership sales, retention, and customer engagement
• Assist in leading and motivating the front of house team
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation are consistently maintained
• Support marketing activity, events, and member communications
• Maintain accurate system records and data integrity

• Previous experience in a front of house, hospitality, or wellness environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Commercially aware with confidence in sales and upselling
• A positive team player with a professional and approachable manner
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
