As a Part-time Behavioural Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing and documenting student progress, offering regular feedback to the wider team
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to the development and review of support strategies
  • Assisting with the facilitation of therapeutic activities, such as social skills groups or emotional regulation workshops
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and self-regulation
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
