A specialist SEN provision in Earley is looking for a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join their experienced team. The school supports children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, and additional learning difficulties.
This Behaviour Support Worker role is particularly suited to graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth Work, or Education, or individuals considering careers in youth justice, social work, or educational psychology.

- Salary: £89-£100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Experience: Relevant experience desirable but not essential
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional guidance in managing their behaviour and emotions. You will provide consistent 1:1 support, assist with behaviour intervention strategies, and help create a safe, structured learning environment.
The Behaviour Support Worker role will involve collaborating with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to ensure students receive tailored support that promotes both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
