We are working with a well structured primary school in North London looking for a Behaviour Support TA who can handle challenge without escalation. This is not a passive support role. You will be working with pupils who need consistency, structure and calm adults who do not react under pressure. The school has strong leadership and clear behaviour systems in place - you will not be left to manage situations alone.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEN / behavioural needs
• Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
• Small group or targeted 1:1 support
• Long term placement with consistency

Qualifications

• Calm, reliable and consistent personality
• Experience in schools, PRU, SEMH or youth work
• Ability to de escalate behaviour, not inflame it
• Thick skin and professional mindset

This role suits someone who can stay calm under pressure and handle behaviour without escalation.
