Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Stockport area from September 2026. This full-time role will primarily involve providing 1:1 behavioural support to pupils in KS1, while also working across other year groups to promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion.

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with pupils, remain calm under pressure and use positive
