Behaviour Mentor: Calm, Consistent SEL Support

Senovo, based in Kentish Town, is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This permanent position, starting in September 2026, requires an individual who can build trust and manage behaviour effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring or behaviour support and be able to help pupils engage in learning while maintaining a calm environment. Pay ranges from £95 to £120 per day.
