You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their behaviour and engagement with learning.

Behaviour Mentor - What the Role Involves

• Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support to students
• Supporting pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation or engagement in lessons
• Building positive and consistent relationships with students
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies
• Monitoring student progress and reporting concerns where necessary
