We are seeking a resilient, proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary SEMH school in Tower Hamlets. This role involves supporting students with behavioural, social and emotional needs, helping them regulate emotions, re engage with learning and build positive relationships.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
• Assist with de escalation and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral leads and SENCO
• Support students in developing confidence, focus and coping strategies
• Contribute to behaviour plans and restorative approaches

Requirements

• Experience supporting SEMH or challenging behaviour (secondary preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stay calm, consistent and solution focused
• Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour interventions
