Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive school in Enfield to recruit experienced Behaviour Mentors who specialise in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is a full-time role for a confident and resilient individual with a strong background in behaviour management, who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group SEMH support

• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour effectively

• Implement behaviour support plans and strategies

• Support students with emotional regulation and engagement

• Act as a positive role model throughout the school day

• Work closely with teaching, SEN, and pastoral teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour

• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies

• Confident using de-escalation techniques

• Calm, patient, and resilient approach

• Available full time and able to start ASAP
