Behaviour Intervention Support - Stoke-on-Trent

Aspire People, a leading education recruitment specialist based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Intervention Support Worker to join one of our valued secondary school partners in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient, caring, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The role is full-time, initially for one term, with the potential to continue beyond this for the right candidate.
Role- Full time Behaviour Intervention Support
- September 2026 start
- Based in Stoke on Trent
- Initially one term, with the possibility of a longer term placement
- Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
- Working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and parents
- Providing both one to one and small group interventions
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, coaching, care, or support setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
