Hours: 18.75 hrs per week (8 9am / 3:15 6pm: term time)
Salary: Band C £26,824 - £29,540 pro rata.
We are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Childcare Worker to join our caring, skilled and dedicated team at Burman Infant School.
Our aim is to provide a safe, secure, caring, and inclusive environment in which children achieve their potential in all areas of the curriculum and their personal and social development.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support a small team of playworkers during the before and after school club.
Plan, implement and evaluate activities that can inspire, motivate, and engage young children aged 3 to 7 years.
Ensure a positive role model and maintain high professional standards while working as part of the team.
Qualifications & Experience- Creative, inspirational and initiative driven.
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to making a real difference.
- Good knowledge of EYFS and experience working with children aged 3 - 7 years.
- Has a caring nature.
- Experience or willingness to develop as a child care professional.
