Job Description
Join their dynamic team as a Client Executive, working on commercial accounts and supporting Account Directors. This role involves managing and developing an established commercial book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
- Support Account Directors on client accounts.
- Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
- Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
- Manage aged debt and premium collection.
- Comply with all audit requirements.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
- Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Technical and product knowledge.
- Good personal organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Friendly and assertive phone manner.
- Ability to build relationships with insurers and clients.
