Job Description

Join their dynamic team as a Client Executive, working on commercial accounts and supporting Account Directors. This role involves managing and developing an established commercial book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
  • Support Account Directors on client accounts.
  • Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
  • Manage aged debt and premium collection.
  • Comply with all audit requirements.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Technical and product knowledge.
  • Good personal organization and time management skills.
Person Specification
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Friendly and assertive phone manner.
  • Ability to build relationships with insurers and clients.
