Beauty Store Lead: Customer Experience & Growth

KIKO Milano is seeking a Supervisor in London to lead a high performing beauty team on the shop floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive KPIs and sales, and coach colleagues to reach targets with energy and brand integrity.

You will champion brand standards, coach on product knowledge and selling skills, and act as a trusted leader in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring operational excellence and a positive, inclusive culture.
