About The Role

You'll be responsible for providing first class personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals while serving as an ambassador for the H beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and liaise with local influencers aligned to our brand to create working partnerships.
• Support and lead local events and work with stakeholders to maintain a full and successful event calendar.
• Collaborate with store management to generate and implement innovative ideas to drive sales for the Lakeside store.
• Clientel the shop floor to build a local client network in the Thurrock and surrounding areas.
• Be a self starter, organised, and able to engage and teach colleagues about new products.
• Present yourself to the highest standards and maintain grooming in line with the company dress code.
• Maintain great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Remain calm and measured even when under pressure; be resilient, adaptable, and solution oriented.
• Ask questions, listen effectively, and collaborate to build relationships with colleagues and customers.

About You

You are a true beauty fanatic, take pride in knowing about new launches, and have a keen interest to learn more about make up, skin care, and fragrance.
