Job Description

NARS is seeking a Business Manager for Brown Thomas Dundrum (37.5 hours). You will lead a counter team, coach staff, and drive engagement and sales while embodying the NARS brand values on the shop floor in Dublin.

You will partner with Area Manager, Education and HR to create business plans, recruit customers, and maintain brand loyalty through personal selling and product education.
