Independent Small Animal Practice

Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity West Sussex 4-Day Week Salary £40,000-£65,000 DOE

GVC are delighted to be assisting a purely independent, forward-thinking practice in West Sussex who are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative environment that values continuity of care, keeps as much as possible in-house, and places huge importance on both client and patient relationships.

What's on Offer
  • 4-day working week - giving you an excellent work-life balance
  • Varied shift patterns: 11am-8pm 8am-5pm 11am-7pm 10am-6pm
  • OOH on rota: just 1 evening per week, usually for inpatients or emergencies only (phones always go to the vet first, with a nurse on site for support - often very quiet)
  • 1:6 Saturday mornings (8:30am-12:30pm)
  • Salary £40,000-£65,000 (depending on experience and seniority)
  • Clear progression opportunities for vets with 2-3 years' experience up to senior level

The Recruitment Process
