Bay Café Supervisor: Lead Service & Food Quality

Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran is seeking a Café Supervisor for Bay Café by Auchrannie. You will oversee daily cafe operations in the absence of the manager, ensuring a warm welcome, excellent service and a consistently high-quality guest experience.

You will lead the team during service, work closely with the kitchen, train staff and maintain safety, compliance and stock control. Shifts include daytime and weekends, with some evenings.
