About Your New Job

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy bathroom showroom, taking ownership of the customer experience and sales performance.
• Advise customers on a wide range of bathroom products, fixtures, fittings and accessories.
• Prepare accurate quotations and help customers find suitable solutions based on their requirements and budget.
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards, ensuring products and displays are always clean, organised and appealing.
• Build strong customer relationships while driving sales, providing excellent service and supporting the continued growth of the business.

What Skills You Need

• Background in sales or showroom-based roles, within plumbing & bathroom environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong commercial and sales ability, with experience preparing quotations, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into sales.
