Basic Grade Radiographer

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Basic Grade Radiographer position at a hospital in Tralee, Ireland.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow policy for activating an individualized plan of care for newly admitted patients.
• To complete radiography exams as needed and to be judged competent by the competency framework.
• To uphold a superior level of radiography.
• To participate in the on call rotation as needed.
• Must understand and follow all guidelines and recommendations related to health and safety.
• To report any issues or incidents that might threaten safety.
• To deliver a high quality service to patients by making certain that each patient receives individual attention in the areas of civility, efficacy, efficiency, and secrecy.

Requirements

• Diagnostic radiography with a bachelor's degree or above
• A current CORU registration is necessary.
• Experience with various methods
• Strong IT abilities are necessary.
• It is necessary to participate in the after hours on call service.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service abilities and/or credentials
• Outstanding organizational abilities, the capacity to operate independently, and a willingness to collaborate with others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
