• Follow the restaurant's recipes when preparing and serving both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of the available lunch, dinner, and brunch menus.
• Knowledge of the available drink menus.
• Adhere to the restaurant service guidelines and protocols.
• In charge of replenishing the bar's supplies and inventory.
