We're looking for energetic, passionate, and personality-driven Bartenders to join The Alchemist - a creative cocktail bar and restaurant where theatre, atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering incredible drinks and service with confidence, flair, and personality.

As an Alchemist Bartender, you'll receive industry leading training to develop your cocktail knowledge, service skills, and confidence behind the bar. We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and excited to grow their craft within an ambitious and supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences through engaging and professional service
• Creating cocktails and drinks to The Alchemist's high standards with passion and flair
• Building strong product knowledge through our bartender training programme
• Working closely with the bar and floor teams during busy services
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar
• Bringing energy, personality, and theatre to every shift
