We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven bartenders to join our Soho venue! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

The role:

As a Lucky Voice Bartender, you bring the experience, energy and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you inspire your colleagues to deliver excellence whilst ensuring smooth, seamless operations every shift.

About you:

You have at least 1 year of bartending experience.

You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines is an advantage.

You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Deliver excellent customer service in the bar.

Take orders, process payments, and check ID in line with Challenge 25.

Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well organised.

Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Work as part of the team to ensure a great guest experience.

Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours
