We are recruiting for a passionate and drivenBartenderto join theteamof what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led byMichelin-Starred ChefKenny Atkinsonfeatures a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360 panoramic views of London's skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours ofSouthern French and Mediterranean cuisine- sunshine food for the soul.

As ourBartender,you will receive:

• Salary:It is anticipated you will receivefrom£13.54(minimum contracted rate)to£16.50(rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked,inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for ourBartender, who:

• Responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepares drinks
• Ensures our bar runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Has previousCocktail-making/Mixology/Bartenderexperience
